This website is operated by FORTY ROUNDS LLC (“FORTY ROUNDS,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a Texas limited liability company.
We operate 40rounds.co and its associated online store, products, content, features, and services (collectively, the “Services”).
Our store is powered by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform that allows us to offer our products to customers.
By accessing our website, browsing our products, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service and acknowledge our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.
Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be waived under applicable consumer protection laws.
1. Eligibility and Accounts

FORTY ROUNDS offers apparel and related merchandise, including graphic tees, motivational apparel, tactical-inspired designs, and other products.
We make reasonable efforts to accurately display product descriptions, colors, sizes, and images.
However:
- Colors may vary slightly depending on screen settings and printing processes.
- Product measurements may vary within normal manufacturing tolerances.
- Placement and appearance of printed graphics may differ slightly from digital mockups.
- Product availability, designs, and specifications may change without notice.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products, correct inaccuracies, and limit quantities when reasonably necessary.
Mirrored and Reverse-Printed Designs
Some FORTY ROUNDS products intentionally feature reversed or mirrored text.
These designs are part of our motivational gym apparel concept, created to be read correctly when viewed in a mirror.
Yes, the text is backward on purpose. Your reflection gets the message.
Mirrored printing is an intentional design feature and is not considered a printing defect when accurately represented in the product description or images.
This does not affect your rights if the product received differs materially from what was advertised or ordered.
3. Print-on-Demand Products
Certain FORTY ROUNDS products are manufactured or printed after an order is placed.
Because these items are produced specifically in response to customer orders, cancellations, changes, exchanges, and returns may be limited once production begins.
Customers are responsible for reviewing product descriptions, selected sizes, colors, quantities, and shipping information before completing checkout.
Print-on-demand products are subject to our published Refund & Return Policy and applicable consumer protection laws.
4. Orders and Acceptance
Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase the selected products.
We reserve the right to accept, decline, or cancel orders for legitimate reasons, including suspected fraud, payment issues, product unavailability, or material listing errors, subject to applicable law.
An automated order acknowledgment does not necessarily constitute final acceptance.
If an order is canceled after payment has been collected, we will issue an appropriate refund to the original payment method.
Once an order enters production, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.

5. Pricing and Payment
All prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise indicated.
Prices, discounts, promotions, and product availability may change without notice.
The price charged will generally be the price displayed at checkout when the order is placed, subject to correction of material errors and applicable law.
Shipping charges, applicable taxes, and other disclosed fees will be presented during checkout.
By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.
Payment processing is handled through Shopify and supported third-party payment providers.
We do not guarantee that pricing or promotional offers will remain available indefinitely.
6. Shipping and Delivery
Orders may require production time before shipment.
Estimated production and delivery times are provided for convenience and are not guaranteed delivery dates unless expressly stated.
Delivery times may be affected by:
- Production schedules and product availability.
- Shipping carrier delays.
- Weather or natural disasters.
- Holidays and high-volume periods.
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping information.
- Events outside our reasonable control.
We will make reasonable efforts to fulfill orders within the stated or legally required timeframe.
If an order is significantly delayed, lost, or not delivered, contact support@40rounds.co so we can investigate and provide an appropriate resolution.
Responsibility for lost or damaged shipments will be determined according to applicable law and our published shipping policies.
Nothing in this section eliminates rights or remedies available for undelivered goods.
7. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges
Purchases are subject to our published Refund & Return Policy.
Eligible return requests should generally be submitted within 14 days of delivery.
Because many products are printed on demand, returns for incorrect size selection, changes of mind, or buyer’s remorse are generally not accepted unless otherwise required by law.
Products that arrive damaged, defective, misprinted, or materially different from the order may qualify for a replacement, refund, or other appropriate remedy.
Customers should contact us promptly and provide their order number, a description of the issue, and relevant photographs when available.
Approved returns must follow the instructions provided by FORTY ROUNDS.
Do not ship products back without authorization.
Nothing in this section limits non-waivable statutory rights.
8. Intellectual Property
All original FORTY ROUNDS branding, artwork, graphics, product designs, text, photographs, logos, slogans, and website content are owned by FORTY ROUNDS LLC or used with permission from their respective rights holders.
These materials may be protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership of the intellectual property incorporated into that product.
You may not reproduce, distribute, sell, modify, or commercially exploit our protected artwork or branding without authorization.
This includes unauthorized reproduction of designs for competing merchandise.
Nothing in these Terms claims ownership over third-party intellectual property or restricts uses permitted by applicable law.

To the extent permitted by law, Shopify is not the seller of products offered by FORTY ROUNDS and is not responsible for our independent product descriptions, fulfillment decisions, or customer service obligations.
