Made for your order
Our apparel is produced and shipped by NinjaPOD. Typical production takes 2–4 business days after the order reaches production, depending on the garment and decoration. Carrier transit comes afterward. Production and delivery estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates.
Shipping costs and tracking
Available shipping options, charges and applicable taxes appear at checkout for your address. Check your address carefully before paying. Tracking is provided after shipment; carrier updates can take 1–3 business days to appear.
Use the link in your shipping confirmation to track your package. For missing tracking or delivery problems, contact 40Rounds with your order number.
Print problems or incorrect items
Contact us promptly if your item arrives with a print problem, damage or an incorrect item. Include your order number and describe the issue; we may ask for photos. NinjaPOD’s print-quality reprint window is 30 days from delivery, so please report print issues within that window. Refunds for print-quality problems require review; they are not automatic.
Size changes and returns
Apparel is made to order. NinjaPOD does not provide routine refunds or exchanges for a change of mind or an incorrectly chosen size. Check the Size & Fit Guide before ordering, and contact us if you need help. Please contact 40Rounds before sending anything back; do not return items to the production facility without instructions.
