About Us
For the gym, the long shift, and the days that should have been an email.

First rep or fiftieth comeback—you belong here. Nobody is checking your haircut.
Even the person who says “I’m good” can use someone in their corner.
Neither is putting the weights back. That part is absolutely an order.
40Rounds grew from a simple idea: a little encouragement can go a long way. We wanted gear that reminds you to keep going—at the gym, on a run, through a long shift, or on an ordinary Tuesday that has somehow become a full-scale operation.
To us, a round is another chance to show up. Another rep, another mile, another try. You don’t need a perfect plan. If you’ve ever sat through a briefing about the next briefing, you already know plans have limits.
Our mirror-message shirts put the reminder where you can see it: in your own reflection. The shirt won’t lift the weight or finish your to-do list. We asked. It requested leave.
We’re here for beginners, comeback stories, veterans, and anyone doing their best with the energy they have. Some days you charge ahead. Some days your knees provide the sound effects. Both count.
Veterans hold a special place in this community, alongside service members, law enforcement, and the people protecting others at home and abroad. We’ll keep doing our best to share useful veteran resources and remind people they’re not alone. Asking for backup belongs in everyday life, too.
And to anyone working undercover: we understand if a giant logo complicates the assignment. Your support can remain classified.
That’s what we’re building: wearable encouragement, a little humor, and room for anyone who needs another round. No rank required. No inspection at the door. Please do put the weights back, though.
