We’re excited to get your gear into your hands. Whether you’re hitting the gym, heading to work, or just representing the mindset, we want your order to arrive safely and without surprises.

Here’s what you need to know about shipping.

Order Processing & Production

Many FORTY ROUNDS products are printed on demand, meaning they’re produced specifically after you place your order.

Orders generally enter processing within 1–2 business days, but production times may vary depending on the product, order volume, and fulfillment availability.

Please note: Production time and shipping time are separate. Your order must be produced before it can ship.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays may begin processing on the next business day.

We’ll email you when your order ships.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Available shipping options, costs, and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout.

Delivery estimates generally begin once your order has shipped and do not include production time unless expressly stated.

Shipping times may vary due to carrier operations, weather, holidays, peak shipping periods, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

We work to fulfill orders promptly, but estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed unless explicitly stated.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your shipping destination, the products ordered, and the available shipping method.

Any applicable shipping charges will be displayed before you complete your purchase.

Free or discounted shipping may occasionally be offered through promotions. Any qualifying conditions will be clearly disclosed.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship within the United States to addresses supported by our fulfillment and shipping providers.

Shipping availability is confirmed during checkout.

International shipping is not currently offered unless specifically made available at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information when provided by the carrier.

Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after the shipping label is created.

If tracking hasn’t updated after several business days, please contact us.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before completing checkout.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery information.

If you notice an error, email support@40rounds.co immediately with your order number and the corrected address.

We’ll do our best to make changes before fulfillment or shipment, but address corrections cannot be guaranteed once an order enters production or is shipped.

If a package is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment, where permitted by law.

Lost, Damaged, or Missing Packages

If your package arrives damaged, is marked delivered but cannot be located, or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us.

Email support@40rounds.co with your order number and a description of the issue.

For damaged products, please include clear photographs of the item and packaging when possible.

We’ll investigate with our fulfillment partners and shipping carriers and work toward an appropriate resolution, including replacement or refund when warranted.

We do not automatically deny claims simply because a carrier marks a package as delivered.

Your rights under applicable consumer protection laws remain unaffected.

Delayed Orders

Occasionally, production or shipping delays happen.

If we cannot ship your order within the promised timeframe, or within the timeframe required by applicable law when no specific date was promised, we’ll provide any legally required notice and cancellation or refund options.

If you’re concerned about an order taking longer than expected, please contact us.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Because many of our products are made to order, production may begin shortly after checkout.

If you need to modify or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible.

We’ll make reasonable efforts to accommodate requests before production begins.

Once production starts, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible, except where required by law.

Once an order ships, we generally cannot change its contents or delivery address.

Approved refunds will be processed in accordance with our Refund & Return Policy and applicable law.

Multiple Shipments

Some orders may contain products fulfilled from different locations or produced at different times.

As a result, your order may arrive in multiple packages.

If this happens, you may receive separate tracking information for each shipment.

Additional shipping charges will not be imposed after checkout without your authorization.
